Offer Summary

‍New Collective members who sign up at $30 or more per month between April 1 and April 30, 2026 will receive one complimentary Sharing Excess Earth Month pocket T-shirt while supplies last. Offer valid for US residents only.

Eligibility

‍This offer is open to new Collective members only. It does not apply to existing recurring donors, upgrades to existing memberships, or one-time donations. Monthly giving commitment must remain active at the time of shirt fulfillment. One shirt per new member. Sharing Excess reserves the right to verify eligibility before fulfilling the offer.

Shirt Details

‍The Sharing Excess Earth Month pocket T-shirt is an original five color screen print design made in Philadelphia. Shirt size is subject to availability. Sharing Excess reserves the right to substitute with an available size if the requested size is out of stock. If no suitable size is available, no alternative compensation will be provided.

Fulfillment and Shipping

‍Shirts will be mailed to a US address provided at the time of sign up. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery after your membership is confirmed. Sharing Excess is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information or circumstances outside our control.

Availability‍

This offer is available while supplies last. Sharing Excess reserves the right to close the offer early if shirt inventory is exhausted before April 30, 2026.

Modifications and Cancellation‍

Sharing Excess reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this offer at any time without prior notice. Cancellation of your Collective membership before shirt fulfillment may disqualify you from receiving the shirt.

No Cash Value

‍This offer has no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or combined with any other promotion or discount.

Tax Disclosure

‍In accordance with IRS guidelines, please note that a portion of your monthly gift may not be fully tax deductible. The fair market value of the Earth Month pocket T-shirt is estimated at $[X]. Only the amount of your contribution that exceeds the fair market value of the shirt is tax deductible.

For example, if you give $30 per month and the fair market value of the shirt is $[X], your tax deductible contribution for the month in which you receive the shirt is $[30 minus X]. Subsequent monthly contributions are fully tax deductible provided no additional goods or services are received in exchange.
